“Spread Love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier”
* Mother Teresa *
This quote is from one of the greatest persons to have graced this earth. She really understood this topic. It is so simple yet so powerful. It has nothing to do with romance but just every day run of the mill happiness and love. What does it really mean to be happy? Does happiness bring peace? Does happiness and love go together?
The million dollar question, is how can you spread happiness? Is it easy? Is it hard? Should you care at all? Will it make a difference or not if you do? Spreading happiness must and can be effortless in my opinion. It’s a must.
Easiest way in my mind is with a smile. But some persons will ask how can it be that simple. Think about it. You smile and it causes you to be happy, I mean a real smile, and in turn you send that happiness and love to the person you just gave that smile to. You just left some happiness in your wake without even trying. That smile might have saved a life or changed someone’s day for the better. They then spread the happiness by sharing a smile. The circle continues. Simple but I think so powerful.
Continuing along the same path you can just say, thank you to someone with a genuine smile, as that shows you are grateful. That again spreads happiness without even trying. Notice the smile is very important to how we relate and interact with other humans. Imagine something that simple can help to share love and happiness.
How do you share love and happiness with others? Do you care? Do you want to share? Are you happy? If not why? Reach out to me via any medium and let me know what you think.

A smile is universal. It transcends language and culture and is a simple yet powerful way of spreading a little happiness. It cost us nothing but is beneficial to the giver and receiver. Well you know me…all smiles and yes I’m happy! At work my colleagues wonder how I manage to smile even when London bridge is falling down. It helps everyone else in the room to breathe and see things from a different lens.
I know you and yes that is you. It helps and release stress. Happiness is there for the taking. I will continue to pursue and keep on keep on being happy.
