Princes have it, paupers have it, politicians have it, anyone can have it. This virus has no respect for color, race, money or anything that differentiates us according to society. It simply says look at me I just did what nobody else could.
The mindset is extremely important. A mindset that focuses on gratitude will produce great things.
Try not to break those promises you make to yourself. You can create a habit in sixty days and if you just take it a day at a time you will get there.
So how do we focus on the now? How do we stay in the present? It’s really important to do so, not the past and not the future but now.
