Why Worry

Why worry when most of it won’t happen anyway. I guess it’s human nature to fret when it’s not necessary. If I sat ruminating on what could happen I would never live my life at all as everything would be focused on worrying that I might get sick.

Productivity

The thing I noticed was when I push off persons trying to hijack my day for their own benefit I got more done. Do you agree? Or is it that your day is owned by others no matter how hard you try? How do you make the change? Is it even possible to make the change if you don’t own your hours? Would it make a difference?

Like or not

Think about the feeling of not having to be near the persons that cause you stress. But is it the person that causes you the stress or is it your intense dislike of them that creates the stress?

So little time

I also have to ensure that I put what is important to me to the fore and put everything else to the back. If I don’t do that it’s going to be me behaving like a dog chasing its tail.

Saying Yes

It’s all about saying Yes to the things that makes sense for you and saying No to the ones that don’t. Again it’s all about you, nobody else.

The mind can only focus on one thing at a time. If that is fact then why am I trying to do so much that I am split in so many directions?

Interestingly when I look back it was if I met the right people at the right time and was in the right place at the right time.

Altruism

It’s not because I wouldn’t want to but it’s because I have realized I’m the most important person in my life. If I don’t take care of me who will and I won’t be able to take care of the others in my life. Trust me I am not Mother Theresa.
