Something that if is broken is so hard to repair. Do you trust persons easily or is it something that takes time to gain or to give? And when you trust someone and they break that trust do you hold a grudge, let it go by giving a second chance or do you let it go and move away from them mentally or physically or both?
Trust is something that is important both in a personal and a business sense. Without trust can you work and coexist with certain people? Actually yes but it makes life very uncomfortable. Or maybe it’s me as some persons have no problem working with persons they don’t trust. As one person said to me it nothing personal. I guess it’s easier for me work with persons I don’t like as against those I don’t trust. How is it with you?
What I have noticed is that persons that have a hard time trusting paint everyone with the same brush. No matter who you are. To them all persons are not trustworthy unless they prove themselves otherwise. Shouldn’t it be the other way around, trustworthy unless proven otherwise? Sigh, maybe I’m expecting too much.
Have you ever trust someone and they turned around and stabbed you in the chest not even the back? It happened to a friend recently and it was not pretty. It was unexpected and it hurt really bad. How would you deal with a situation like that? If it was me I would be so wary of the person. Well let’s just say I would stay far away, very far away. The worst thing about it is that the person couldn’t understand why the person they betrayed would be upset. Just get over it. That’s life. Really, I had to ask. Maybe I see things that others don’t.
Let me know what you think. Is trust as easy to get back once it’s been damaged? Is trust easy to earn? Or do all persons deserve trust and then allow them to keep it or break it?
I want to wish my daughter, Alexis a happy belated birthday, she turned 10 on the 24th and my son, Zavier a happy birthday as he turns 7 tomorrow, the 27th. I can’t believe that they are growing so rapidly. As the saying goes, life waits on no one. Enjoy them when you have them because soon they will no longer be your babies. 🙏🏽
