One day I was on the phone talking to my dad while shouting at my daughter to eat her food. It is a constant battle with our kids to have them eat. Well my dad that day just started laughing. I mean a really hearty laugh. I could not understand what was happening and then he said “God has a fantastic sense of humor.” Of course I was lost and he was now annoying me. He than said “so do you remember the problems you gave your mother because you wouldn’t eat?” I really didn’t think it was funny. He also had to shout to tell my stepmom the story. She also thought it was funny. I thought of hanging up on him but he would have called back, cussed me out and continued to laugh. I just accepted it. Sigh.
I partied a lot in my youth and I realized later that my mother never went into a deep sleep until I was home safe. My nephew-son is at that stage and I understand what my mother went through. Sleep is not deep unless I know he’s safe, especially when I visit him or he visits. Sigh. God really does has a sense of humor or is it just karma.🤔.
Can you think of times in your life where the circle is never ending? Can the circle be broken or should we just allow it to continue? Thinking about it some circles are meant to be broken for example poverty. Don’t sit waiting for the government to do this for you. Find a way to do it. But then again I seem to be talking to the choir. Ingratitude might be something that we could talk about breaking the circle. Just because of how your family behaved and never showed gratitude doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. They never knew that the thanking of the Almighty should have been a part of their day so it was never passed on to you. Now you know better. Give thanks for all that you have and all that you are to receive. Let me know any circle that really should be broken or reversely ones that should be kept.
I really want to know what you are thinking, and I know others do too. Try commenting 👍🏽, but if you are not comfortable, reach out to me via any medium. Your comments let me know how you feel and very often give me a total different perspective on the topic. 😉. And you can never tell your comment might help others.

Everytime I read one of your stories I realise more and more why we’ve been friends for so many years. Your life experience often mirror mine.
As you talk about circles I think about my circles of family and friends, which so often intersect. These circles remain strong. In fact my family circle keeps growing… not only by marriage or birth, but friendship.
May these circles remain unbroken.
“May these circles remain unbroken.” That a fantastic way of thinking of the circle. It’s a constant and forever in this case.
“The circle – what goes around comes around” I am particularly interested in the subjects that you develop in your wall. life spreads its wings like a dove. it’s also like water. It advances and returns from where it started … This invites us to play on the perfection which should influence our future and even our progenitor when it is possible to have one’s. Thanks a lot Andrea. God bless you.
Thank you. It’s as said you very often end up where you started just like the circle. 🙏🏽
